Fear's whispers, shadows creeping near,
Hope's shining light, banishing all fear.
Surprise's gasp, eyes open wide,
Peace and calmness, like a gentle tide.

अपना दु:ख दूसरों को बता कर उने न दु:खी करना चाहू
अपना दु:ख को अपने में ही छुपना चाहू
मैं दु:ख छुपाये दिखाता हसी अपना
लोग समझे सोभागी , की ये खुश कितना
उने क्या पता की दर्द कितना , छुपाये हम अपना
सपना भी रुठा है कितना , दर्द भी सच्चा उतना
दर्द को हसी मे छुपाये , मैं रोता भी कितना
और ऊपर से ठहरे लड़के हम , दर्द होता भी कितना
दर्द छुपाये छुपता नहीं , अब दर्द बता ही देता हूँ अपना
पर दर्द बताने के लिए कोई पास नहीं अपना
किसे सुनाऊ ये दर्द दे दास्तान अपना.....

न मानों तो मैं किलकारी
हस्त हस्त तुम रह जाना ,जब तक न आए तुम्हारी बारी
जानो तो मैं ज्ञान दीप का पुजारी
न जानो तो मैं अज्ञानों का संहारी
जनत जनत रह जाओगे ,जब तक आ जाए तुम्हारी बारी
मानों तो मैं जीता हुआ बाज़ी
न मानों तो हारा हुआ काजी
काजी काजी करत रहे जाओगे ,जब तक न आए तुम्हारी बारी

Street artists

Street artists - yes, I'm talking about those individuals who showcase their art on the road. For them, the road or path is a stage, and the travelers passing by are their audience. If someone offers them a small compliment or a token of appreciation for their work, they're overjoyed and offer their blessings. In the past, street artists weren't accorded much respect, but today they're considered no less than movie stars. What sets them apart is their unique talent, which makes them special. If you live in big cities like Mumbai or Delhi, you'll likely find a street artist in every lane. Today's story is about these artists, so let's dive in. On May 31, 2024, around 8 pm, I visited Bandstand Seaface in Bandra with my friends. This spot is one of the most popular places in Mumbai, and if you're from the city, you'll know what I mean. It's a hub for Bollywood stars, and Mumbaikars often catch glimpses of them. We arrived there in about 30 minutes, and what caught my eye was a street artist performing acrobatics. Street artists often showcase a range of talents, including dance, singing, playing instruments, yoga, and more. I was particularly impressed by a performer who was doing backflips and handstands. I assumed he was a dancer, but I didn't know his name. I wanted to talk to him, but as an introvert, I hesitated. I wish I had mustered the courage to approach him and learn more about his craft. Perhaps next time I'll try again. As a writer, the more I travel, the more I get to know people closely. However, being an extrovert certainly helps in these situations. There's more to share, like the competition of throwing fists going on nearby, but I'll save that for the next story. Until then, I'll see you in the next installment. .

मैं शाम हूँ

मैं शाम हूँ, मैं लोगों को पूरे दिन में हुए बुरे चीजों को भुलाने का मौका देता हूँ। कुछ लोगों में बड़ा बहता हूँ, मेरा उगना हो या मेरा ढलना सब को इंतजार होता है, और हाँ मैं जब उगता हूँ तो मुझे सुबह के नाम से संबोधित करते हैं लोग और ढल जाऊं तो शाम के नाम से। हर भाषा में मेरे अनेक नाम हैं, पर काम एक है लोगों को नया मौका देना और बुरे दिन को भुल जाना। और हाँ मैं बहुत दूर से यहाँ आता हूँ, तुम्हारी जिंदगी को मैं बनाता हूँ, बिगाड़ता हूँ, फिर सवरता हूँ, ये आपका सोचना है क्योंकि मैं सिर्फ मौका देता हूँ उस दिन को बिगाड़ना और सवरना आपके हाथ में है। तो फिर आप मुझे क्यों कोसते हैं कि आज का दिन मेरा बुरा था? चलो मैं कभी इन बातों का बुरा नहीं मानता, और मैं अपना काम नहीं छोड़ता, हाँ पर आप खुद की गलतियों को दूसरों पर डालना छोड़ो और मेरे द्वारा दिए अवसर का लाभ उठाओ क्योंकि मैं किसी के लिए नहीं रुकता और आप कैसे भूल सकते हैं कि मुझे समय भी कहा जाता है। और यार आप लोग सप्ताह के ६ दिन तो बड़ी खुशी से इंतजार करते हो, पर जब बात इतवार की आए तो क्यों हो जाते हो आप लोग मायूस? क्योंकि मैंने आपका छुट्टी भरा इतवार को बर्बाद कर दिया, मेरी नियति शाम पर ढलना, और उगना नहीं होती तो मैं आपके हिसाब से चलती। पर ऐसा हो नहीं सकता, ये अफसोस की बात है। आपको अन्न (भोजन) देने का कारण भी मैं, आपको रहने लायक जगह देने का कारण भी मैं और मैं ही हूँ सूर्यदेव का अंश भी... मुझे भगवान समझ पूजा भी करते आप लोग, और अगन रूप को गाली भी देते आप लोग। पर मैं ना मानता बुरा आपका, नादान बालक समझ माफ कर देता हूँ आपको। पर आपने कभी सोचा है मैं इतना गरम क्यों हो रहा हूँ? नहीं ना, ये भी आप लोगों के कारण... आपने पेड़ों को काटा, घर अपना बना लिया, समुद्र को गंदा किया, अपने साथ दूसरों को भी परेशान किया। देखा जाए तो मैं हमेशा से इतना गरम ही था, आप लोगों के कारण ओजोन की परत हटती जा रही है और मैं पृथ्वी को रोशनी के साथ हानिकारक किरणें भी दे रहा हूँ। जाते हुए मैं एक और चीज कहना चाहूंगा कि समझ जाओ अब तो तुम्हारा हाल, बचा लो अपने आप को यार। लगाओ पेड़-पौधे हजार, वरना मैं दिखूंगा। अंतिम बार...
